By accessing our website, using our services, or residing at Kaizen Sober Living, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

Kaizen Sober Living provides structured sober living accommodations and recovery support services including:

• Safe, supportive housing environment
• Recovery programming and support groups
• Life skills training and education
• Case management and counseling referrals
• Alumni network and ongoing support

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission to Kaizen Sober Living, individuals must:

• Have a minimum of 30 days of continuous sobriety
• Complete a background check
• Provide medical clearance from a healthcare provider
• Demonstrate financial responsibility for program fees
• Agree to follow all house rules and program requirements
• Commit to participating in recovery activities

House Rules and Expectations

All residents must adhere to the following:

• Zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use - Any use results in immediate discharge
• Participation in weekly house meetings and recovery activities
• Respect for other residents, staff, and property
• Compliance with curfew and visitor policies
• Maintenance of personal living spaces and common areas
• Attendance at required meetings and appointments
• Honest communication with staff and peers

Financial Obligations

Residents are responsible for:

• Timely payment of monthly fees
• Security deposit (refundable upon successful completion)
• Personal expenses and incidentals
• Damages to property beyond normal wear and tear
• Any additional services requested

Payment is due by the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in discharge from the program.

Discharge and Termination

Discharge may occur for the following reasons:

• Violation of sobriety requirements
• Failure to comply with house rules
• Non-payment of fees
• Threatening or violent behavior
• Failure to participate in required activities
• Voluntary departure

Emergency discharge may occur immediately for safety concerns. Standard discharge requires 24-48 hours notice when possible.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and applicable state laws. Information about residents will only be shared:

• With written consent from the resident
• As required by law or court order
• In cases of immediate danger to self or others
• With healthcare providers involved in treatment (with appropriate authorization)

Limitation of Liability

Kaizen Sober Living provides supportive services but is not responsible for:

• Personal property loss or damage
• Actions of other residents
• Medical emergencies or health conditions
• Outcomes of recovery efforts
• Employment or housing after discharge

Residents participate in programming at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in forms and communications
• Not use the site for any unlawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith discussion between parties
2. Mediation if direct discussion fails
3. Binding arbitration as a final resort

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our facility is located.
